HR Service Officer

Best Telecom is looking for HR Service Officer candidate to be a part of our business.


  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver efficient and effective HR and transactional matters
    • Maintain and update employee personal data
    • Attendance & Leave Management
    • Assist with payroll computation of overtime
    • Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and reference checks
    • Coordinate training sessions and seminars arrangements
    • Take an active part in HR projects, such as job fairs and recruiting efforts





  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Develop a positive relationship with all employees
  • Prior experience in HR or administration fields is a plus, at least with 2 years
  • Outstanding administrative and communication skills (Lao and English)
  • Superb organizational and time management skills
