Best Telecom is looking for IT Support Assistant candidate to be a part of our business.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control day-to-day service and troubleshoot on IT system issues and related.
- Manage and config firewall and Switch.
- Troubleshooting the company email and internet service to end-users.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, Access door control, CCTV, fire alarm and peripheral equipment.
- Coordinate with vendor to support hardware and software issue.
- Provide planning, status update, report to the team lead.
- Report on in charge part i.e. operation, performance and analysis to team leader.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven at least 02 years’ experience as IT Support Executive.
- Degree in Computer Science
- Strong and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A technical, logical thought process
- An ability to stick to strict deadline
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Details orientated.
- Able to work on flexible timing as require
- Highly organize and priorities
