• Key Responsibilities:
• Set up SMART objective for the sales managers and must achieve it.
• Daily and weekly follow up to make sure the leads are properly recorded, managed and closed or sales results are achieved.
• Plan or use the right strategy to boost the sales.
• Make sure that the reports are generated on time and correct.
• Lead, guide and coach the team to sell, learn and be able to plan or work by themselves.
• Regularly organize training sessions to make sure the team are improving their knowledge, skills and performance.
• Improve the sales SOP for the company to be the standard guidance.
• Propose effective strategy, plan and process to line manager or top management to consider, approve and implement.
• Make good relationship with prospects or customers by activities, visit, meeting and so on.
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5-year experience in sales.
• Good in communication, sales closing, negotiation and presentation.
• Strong skills in people management.
• Good in Microsoft Excel.
• Understand the market or consumers/customers very well.
• Understand the telecommunication and internet sector and technical well is a plus.
• Understand the competitors is a must.
• Be able to prepare or complete tender documents.
• Knowledge of the process of government, corporate and international organizations.
