Buy pressing pay via BCEL, you have accepted all terms and conditions below<\/p>\n

  1. You are willing to pay for the phone number based on price mentioned on the website. The minimum deposit is 30% of the value, and you have right to pay monthly installment up to 12 months. Please discuss with our Service Center clearly.<\/li>\n
  2. If you don’t pay within 3 working days after our Service Center contacted you, your booking number will be release or can be sold to another customer.<\/li>\n
  3. You accepts to activate the Post-paid package immediately, and select your preferred package with our Service Center.<\/li>\n
  4. You agree to allow Best Telecom to collect and keep your personal data provided on this website.<\/li>\n
  5. After paying, you won’t be able to refund your money because of accidentally press “Buy”.<\/li>\n
  6. After buying the phone number and activating a Post-paid package. You can’t keep the number inactive. Your number will be as followings.\n

    • If you don’t pay for the monthly usage bill within 45 days after the monthly invoice, you won’t be able to call out to another number.<\/li>\n
    • If you don’t pay for the monthly usage bill within 60 days after the monthly invoice, you won’t be able to receive the call or call out to another number.<\/li>\n
    • If you don’t pay for the monthly usage bill within 90 days after the monthly invoice, your number will be deactivated.<\/li>\n
    • If you don’t pay for the monthly usage bill within 120 days after the monthly invoice, you won’t own this number any more and Best Telecom has right to sell your number to another customer.
